Explications.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e c\u2019est la m\u00eame chose et pourtant, on a du mal \u00e0 s\u2019y habituer. Cette heure de moins a un v\u00e9ritable impact sur notre \u00e9nergie et pendant quelques jours, il est nettement plus difficile de sortir du lit. Une fatigue qui a une influence sur notre d\u00e9sir sexuel. En particulier sur celui de la gent f\u00e9minine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude parue dans The Journal of Sexual Medicine, le manque de sommeil aurait un fort impact sur le d\u00e9sir sexuel f\u00e9minin. Pour cette \u00e9tude, les chercheurs ont analys\u00e9 la quantit\u00e9 de sommeil de 171 am\u00e9ricaines pendant deux semaines. Ces femmes \u00e9taient en couple, devaient limiter leur consommation d\u2019alcool et ne pas \u00eatre sous l\u2019emprise d\u2019antid\u00e9presseurs. Chaque jour, elles r\u00e9pondaient \u00e0 un questionnaire sur leur ressenti sexuel, que l\u2019\u00e9quipe de chercheurs a interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 en fonction de leur temps de sommeil la nuit pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une seule heure en moins mais un grand bouleversement pour la libido<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude ont montr\u00e9 que pour les femmes, dormir seulement une heure de plus augmenterait de 14% les chances de faire l\u2019amour le jour suivant, ce que les chercheurs ont assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 une hausse de d\u00e9sir sexuel.
