In the past years, women have achieved significant improvements regarding gender discrimination. Nonetheless, the disparity and bias continue to persist in different ways. Among various issues, sexual inequality can\u2019t be denied, and as such, it is worthy of greater awareness considering its significant impact not only on women\u2019s lives but also on their relationship. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The European Women&#8217;s Infidelity Observatory 2019<\/strong>, a study conducted by IFOP &#8211; Institute Fran\u00e7ais d\u2019Opinion Publique (French Institute of Public Opinion) and commissioned by <strong><a style=\"color: #4e2f4e; text-decoration: underline; font-weight: bold;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.gleeden.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gleeden<\/a> &#8211; the first portal for extramarital encounters in Europe<\/strong> made by women with over 6 million members of which over 250,000 in the UK \u2013 found out that the majority of British women who have been unfaithful admitted to be sexually unsatisfied in their relationship and to suffer from a lack of attentiveness from their partners. The study, conducted on 5,000 women from 5 European countries \u2013 UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy &#8211; provides precise and reliable data through which it is possible to trace a map of female infidelity in Europe and the UK, and to track common pattern and behaviors of women who decided to cheat on their partners. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The data shows 64% of unfaithful British women being sexually unsatisfied in their relationship, with <strong>59% of them pointing out a lack of attentiveness from their partner<\/strong> when it\u2019s about their sexual pleasure. Interestingly, the majority of these women, are aged between their 40s to 60s and confess being emotionally attached to their partner (67%), while satisfying their sexual needs outside their relationship, mainly due to the lack of attention from their partner. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We live in a society where males&#8217; sexuality is still privileged over the female counterpart and where the pleasure gap continues to persist. Female sexuality, in fact, is still considered as submissive compared to males who are socially accepted to be sexual beings.
